Iodine is one of the most important minerals for health - not least for hormone production and regulation, particularly in the thyroid gland which regulates many bodily functions.
Each Iodine+ Capsule contains 100% whole Seagreens® wild Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed, providing typically 350 micrograms of natural iodine in a single capsule. The jar lasts for 2 months at one capsule per day.
